We try to present colors as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting and screen differences.

Handloom sarees may have slight irregularities in weave or texture. These are natural and part of the craft, not defects.

Returns or exchanges are accepted only in case of incorrect product delivery or verified damage. A package opening video is mandatory.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they are dispatched.

No. We do not offer Cash on Delivery. All orders must be prepaid.

Orders are dispatched within 2–4 working days and typically delivered within 5–7 working days after dispatch across India.
