Dashavataram is an intricate pen and ink artwork inspired by Vishnu’s Dashavatar, the ten divine forms that symbolise protection, transformation, balance, and the eternal cycle of creation. Composed with dense detailing and flowing movement, the artwork brings together myth, ornament, anatomy, and storytelling within a single powerful frame.
Created directly with pen on Fabriano paper, the work was drawn without any pencil sketch, base drawing, or correction layer. Every line, texture, expression, and form was built instinctively by hand, making the process both precise and unforgiving.
The artwork took nearly 245 man-hours to complete. Its layered linework, miniature-like detailing, and rhythmic composition give it a timeless quality, making Dashavataram a rare and deeply personal original artwork for collectors of Indian mythology, fine drawing, and contemporary sacred art.
